This belief led us to take action that garnered a few raised eyebrows from our peers: financial education for young adults, mindfulness training for advisors, and programs dedicated to helping others reach their big-picture goals.

#OneTeam for Kenya

East Africa has been enduring its worst drought in 40 years, resulting in significant food insecurity and income loss across the region. We launched our #OneTeam for Kenya initiative with a goal of raising $500,000 to support three grassroots organizations serving thousands of families across rural Kenya. We are thrilled to share that with support from community members, we surpassed our goal and raised more than $558,000 that will assist thousands of Kenyan children and families for the next three years.

Brighton Jones is committed to donating 1% of our revenue to charitable programs and nonprofits.

Setting the Foundation

Brighton Jones offers unlimited time off for volunteering and a $25 match for each hour served. We also offer a generous donation match program and nonprofit board member training.

Strength in Numbers

Our team volunteered over 8,300 hours in 2022 with nonprofits in the communities we call home. Globally, we support more than 75 organizations.

The Giving Game

In our annual community-wide Giving Game, clients and colleagues take the (virtual) stage to make pitches for the nonprofits they love.
