I handle the administrative tasks, coordinate logistics, and take care of the details so the team can focus on what they do best. By removing unnecessary stress, I create space for them to perform at their highest potential. I stay ahead of potential scheduling conflicts to ensure we’re always there for our clients when they need us. Through empathy and thoughtfulness, I optimize our schedules, help manage priorities, and support the well-being of the team, all while maintaining a sense of humor and openness in everything I do.

I make it a priority to align my time and money with the things I truly value—loyalty, empathy, humor, thoughtfulness, and candor. These values guide everything I do, both in my work and personal life. My family is at the center of it all, and being a good mother and wife is a passion I hold close. I love spending time with my son, whether we’re building Legos, diving into crafts, or just being silly together. I often think I am so lucky to be gifted with building his childhood. In my experience when we hit a hard spot it’s been so important to lean into my values of empathy and thoughtfulness to not just put myself in his shoes but to meet him where he is at and show up for him in ways I will be proud of, and he can learn and grow from.
When it comes to money, I ensure our spending reflects the values we hold—whether it’s creating experiences that bring us closer as a family, like traveling or spending time at home doing a puzzle. For me, it’s all about investing in love, connection, and the things that make life truly meaningful.
