Greer Smith, CFP®
How do I help our clients live a richer life?
I provide oversight and direction to our clients by formulating strategy and helping team members execute on our clients’ life plans. As our client’s Personal CFO, we help grow, protect, and transfer assets with disciplined advice aimed at helping them live a richer life. I feel strongly about my role as a fiduciary and have a passion for helping people. I specialize in investment consulting, cash-flow, tax mitigation, balance sheet management, leveraging company benefits, asset protection, charitable planning, and expert relationship management. Prior to joining Brighton Jones, I spent over ten years at Charles Schwab as a financial consultant, vice president, and private client consultant and three years as a financial advisor at Olde Financial Corp. I received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in 1998 and obtained my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2005.
How do I align my time and money with my values and passions to live a richer life?
I consider core values of tradition, harmony, and grit in seeking activities that bring joy and strengthen connections. I strive to support others in pursuit of their passions and purpose, as well as those we share. I find fulfillment in staying active with exercise and enhancing environments alongside my wife to create inviting spaces for our family, friends, and pets to enjoy and flourish. I am passionate about live music, football season (Go Hawks, Go Dawgs), outdoor adventures, and quality moments in the mountains or by the water.
